Shipping & Handling

Flat rate shipping is applied on all items in the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: Please email kari@the-collected.com prior to placing an order for shipping quotes. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days after they have been received. An email confirmation is sent with tracking once your order has been processed.* We ship USPS Priority and Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. For large, heavy items, we offer local pick up/delivery services. Orders exceeding a certain amount will require a signature upon delivery. All items are shipped from the Detroit Metro area. Michigan sales tax is added for Michigan residents.

Non-combined shipping items:
Please note: There are certain items noted with NO combined shipping options—meaning they have to ship in a single box with no other items packed together due to heaviness or fragility. This will be listed in the item description. If a non-combined shipping item is added to your shopping cart with multiple items, the item will be canceled and restocked. We will notify you directly via email.

*Orders must be opened and inspected within two days of receiving. Any shipping and/or delivery issues must be brought to our attention immediately.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Vintage and antique goods most often come with varying amounts of aging and every effort is made to highlight the item with photos and a written description. Please contact our team directly by sending an email with any questions for further details other than the description in the listing.

Payment & Customer Information

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards for payment. Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone. Customer email addresses are used to send shipment updates and occasional updates on The Collected sales and shop updates.
